Kiln’s life insurance underwriters offer group-life solutions for death-in-service benefits either as a multiple of salary or a fixed sum assured. We can provide cover for death by any cause, generally without exclusions, or natural causes only. We are able to write risks as compulsory cover for all employees or for selected individuals or affinity groups.
Our specialist areas include writing business for companies operating in different continents in the aviation, shipping or energy sectors, and also offering cover in areas where it is locally unavailable or restricted. We also focus on groups that have a nomadic population of lives such as charities, non-government organisations, entities such as the United Nations and those involved in the reconstruction and redevelopment of areas such as Afghanistan and Iraq.
